By using our website and purchasing items from our store, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully!

Product Description and Condition
A majority of our items sold on our site are vintage (pre-owned) This meaning products could potentially show signs of wear. This is reflected in the pricing. Each product is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before being listed for sale. Detailed descriptions and photographs are provided to accurately represent the condition of each item, including any noticeable defects. However, as items are pre-loved, we cannot guarantee that they are free from any past cosmetic imperfections or scents. We have created a criteria in our store policy page that customers can easily follow and recognise to describe individual products and their condition.​

 

Sizing and Fit
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the sizing and measurement details provided for each item. Lingerie sizes can vary significantly between brands. We cannot always guarantee the perfect sizing due to this and it is essential to double-check measurements and compare them with your own to ensure a proper fit. If you are unsure of your size or how a product may fit, please check our store policy to see where you can measure to find your best fit. Or feel free to contact us for additional information or advice.

Hygiene and Safety
All lingerie is professionally laundered and sanitized before being made available for sale, in accordance with our hygiene standards. However, due to the nature of second-hand garments, we recommend that all items be rewashed by the buyer upon receipt. We are committed to ensuring that all products are safe for wear, but it is your responsibility to check the garment for any issues that may affect its fit or comfort before use.

No Pre-loved Underwear Sales
Tying in with the previous topic of hygiene and safety reasons, Evangeline-May does not sell second-hand underwear. We recognize the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in intimate apparel, and therefore only offer pre-loved lingerie that has been thoroughly inspected, sanitized, and meets our strict quality standards. We do not list, sell, or offer items that directly touch the body in a way that could compromise the health and safety of our customers. Our collection includes a variety of pre-owned lingerie, including bras, corsets, sleepwear, and more, but will never include items such as briefs, panties, or thongs.

Payment and Pricing
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full price listed for the items at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Prices may vary based on the condition, brand, and rarity of the items. We reserve the right to adjust prices at our discretion. All payments must be made via the available payment methods listed on the website.

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 days of receiving payment. The latest we ship parcels out is from 4-5 days. However, we usually aim for next day shipment. Our shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address. If you have place a large order, all added fees for weight will be covered by us. Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate, as we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with the Evangeline-May tag still attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or have had the tag removed. This is because we cannot guarantee their future resale quality or hygiene standards. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described.

Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Any personal data collected during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfil orders and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to the resale of items without authorization, fraudulent transactions, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the functionality of our site.

Evangeline May is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to any physical discomfort, injury, or dissatisfaction caused by our products. We provide no warranties or guarantees regarding the fit, comfort, or quality of the items beyond the descriptions provided on the website.
