At Evangeline May we deliver our order using of Royal Mail shipping with included tracking and at-door. If having issues with a purchase and shipment details, Please contact us: @contactevangelinemay@gmail.com.
Items shipping may cost more/less depending on lots of different location as we ship worldwide.
Weight of large orders as an extra fee is totally covered by us.

UK - 3-4 Days Shipment, FREE SHIPPING
USA - 7-8 Days Shipment, $17.7
Canada - 7 - 8 Days Shipment $16.19
European - 3-5 Days Shipment. From €10.00 - €18.50
Worldwide - 8-9 Days Shipment, £14 - £18.50
When our stores are packed with orders, there are rare shipping delays. The latest your order will be shipped out will be between 4-5 days. However you're always welcome to send us an email OR use the chat-box bellow to question our team upon your orders arrival. We respond quick!
There are some courtiers we are currently having issues with due to customs. These places are the following: EU (email us, we may be able to help you place a potential order) The republic of Ireland, Hawaii and any off-costal small destinations.
Requesting a Return/Refund.
Refund Due to fit or unwanted item.
We accept returns under any order or item on the following conditions:
1. Your Order has been marked as delivered for 14 days prior to a refund request.
2. The EVANGELINE-MAY tag and or attached accessories are not removed.
3. Pants/Underwear cannot be returned unless your order is still sealed in the original boxed packaging due to hygiene reasoning and risks.

We do not supply shipping costs when an item is being refunded for reasons that we're not due to our fault.
Refund Due to damaged item in storage or transit
At Evangeline May, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order . You can reach us via email at contactevangelinemay@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you in processing AND covering all shipping costs. We also will likely if requested send a personal discount to purchase any of our dresses from our stores as an apology. Please provide clear photos of the faulty item and a brief description of the issue to expedite the process and read the paragraph bellow.
Please keep in mind we re-take photos of each individual item before packing in the shipping bag. This is to provide our own proof against buyers who request refunds due to reasons such as: destroying an item because return did not meet our refund-conditions above. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and will work diligently to resolve any issues with faulty items promptly and to your satisfaction.
